Hi, I’m Melissa, the proud owner and breeder behind Little Golden Farm. My passion for raising healthy, happy puppies started long before I ever dreamed of starting my own program. Growing up, I was inspired by my mom, a dedicated and loving poodle breeder, whose tireless devotion to her dogs taught me the value of care, responsibility, and compassion. I remember spending countless afternoons by her side, learning the ins and outs of what it takes to raise a well-loved, well-socialized puppy. Those moments instilled in me a lifelong love for animals and a deep respect for the process of nurturing life.
Over the years, dogs have been my source of comfort and strength, especially during some of my darkest days. Their unconditional love and boundless joy have lifted my spirit in ways I can’t fully put into words. During a time when I felt lost, it was the companionship of a sweet, loyal Doodle that brought laughter back into my home and reminded me of the beauty in everyday life. That experience changed me forever, and it’s why I am so passionate about helping other families find that same joy and connection through their own furry companions.
Now, I’m blessed to carry on that tradition alongside my mom. Together, we bring decades of experience to our program, raising Goldendoodles, Bernedoodles, and Aussiedoodles with a shared vision: to provide families with happy, healthy, and well-adjusted companions. Little Golden Farm isn’t just a breeding program it’s a family endeavor, rooted in love, teamwork, and a deep commitment to excellence. Each puppy that comes into our home is raised as part of the family, ensuring they receive the individual care and attention they deserve.

That’s why our puppies are raised right inside our home, not in kennels or cages. They are exposed to the everyday sights and sounds of family life, ensuring they grow up confident and well-socialized.
We are proud to use the Puppy Culture and Badass Breeder programs, which incorporate Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS), Early Scent Introduction (ESI), and intentional socialization exercises. These techniques help our puppies develop emotional resilience, problem-solving skills, and adaptability. By the time they’re ready to meet their forever families, they are well-rounded and ready to thrive in their new homes.

A New Chapter in Fort Myers
Originally based in Miami, we’ve recently moved to Fort Myers, where we’re excited to continue building our program. This new chapter allows us to focus even more on our passion for raising exceptional Goldendoodles, Bernedoodles, and Aussiedoodles. We’re currently working on expanding our website with photos of our parent dogs, their health certifications, and details about our upcoming litters.
