Litter inquiries form

Where are you located?

We are located in Fort Myers, South Florida. While we prefer that families pick up their puppies in person to facilitate a smooth transition, we understand that this isn't always possible. In such cases, we can discuss delivery options

How can I get my puppy home if I live out of state?

We understand that families may live near or far, so we offer flexible and safe options to ensure your puppy arrives home with ease and comfort. Here are three ways to bring your new puppy home:

  1. Hand Delivery via Flight Nanny:
We can personally arrange for your puppy to be hand-delivered to an airport near you by myself. Your puppy will travel safely in the cabin, never in cargo. Delivery fees range from $500 to $800, depending on your location, and include a health certificate, carry-on bag, and transportation to the airport. This cost is for the flight ticket plus the puppy ticket the airlines charge
  2. Pick Up at MIA Airport:
If you’re flying in, you’re welcome to bring your puppy home as a carry-on. All you need is a soft crate for your puppy and a ticket through your chosen airline. Please coordinate with us before booking your flight to ensure we can accommodate the drop-off time.
  3. Pick Up Directly from Us in Miami:
Families are always welcome to visit us in Miami to pick up their puppy in person. We’ll schedule a convenient time for you to meet your puppy and take them home.

Important Note:
We do not ship our puppies in cargo. Their safety and comfort are our top priorities, and we believe these options provide the best experience for your new furry family member.

How do I reserve a puppy? What is the best way to start the process?

The first step is to fill out our Litter Inquiries Form. This helps us learn more about you, your family, and what you're looking for in a puppy. Once we receive your form, I’ll reach out as soon as I can to answer your questions, discuss our available puppies, and guide you through the next steps. Families on the reservation list typically pick which puppy they want to add to their home starting atfour weeks old. We allow families on the list to come over and choose their puppy in person. If you don't live near me, don't worry. We schedule a time that works for both of us. I send photos twice a week so you can see all the puppies. I will tell you more about their temperament of each puppy. We go by the reservation list, first come, first served. When it comes to your turn to pick your puppy, if there are no suitable options for your family's desires, then you will be moved back to the waitlist to find the right puppy.

Do you provide a health guarantee and warranty?

We stand behind the health of our puppies. Each puppy comes with a health guarantee covering genetic conditions. Our parent dogs undergo thorough health testing, including OFA certifications to ensure the healthiest puppies possible.

How are the puppies socialized?

Our puppies are raised in a loving home environment, ensuring they are well-socialized from birth. They are exposed to typical household noises, children, and various experiences to prepare them for their new families. We also implement Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS) and Early Scent Introduction (ESI) to enhance their development.

Do you offer support after adoption?

Absolutely! We provide lifetime support to all our puppy parents. Whether you have questions about training, health, or general care, we're here to assist you throughout your puppy's life.

What is included in the puppy package?

Each puppy goes home with a thoughtfully prepared package designed to make their transition to your home as smooth and comfortable as possible. Our standard puppy package includes:

  • A blanket with their mom's scent to provide comfort and familiarity during the transition.
  • A Snuggle Puppy that smells like their siblings to help ease separation anxiety.
  • Treats to encourage positive reinforcement and bonding.
  • Toys to keep your puppy entertained and engaged.
  • A food puzzle or licking mat to promote mental stimulation and relaxation.
  • A sample of the food they've been eating so you can transition them gradually if needed.

  • Microchipped
  • Helpful resources on training, care, and tips for bringing your new puppy home.
  • Additional useful essentials that may vary with each litter but are always thoughtfully selected to support your puppy's needs.

We aim to provide everything you need to get started with your new puppy and make their first days in your home as comfortable as possible.

Each dog gets to enjoy life to the fullest, with activities like walks, swimming, camping, traveling, and more, depending on their unique personalities.

,We’re committed to giving our parent dogs the best lives possible because we know that a happy, healthy parent creates happy, healthy puppies.

Can I visit the puppies before making a decision?

Yes, we welcome visits, but only for families who are already on our waitlist and have placed a deposit. Since our puppies are raised in our home with my family, it’s essential to maintain a safe and secure environment. Visits are an important part of the puppy selection process, but we prioritize the health and safety of the puppies and our family.

Here’s what you need to know about visiting:

  • Waitlist Requirement: Only families on our waitlist who have placed a deposit can schedule a visit to select their puppy.
  • Time Frame: Visits are scheduled within a specific time frame to ensure we can balance our care for the puppies with welcoming families. We kindly ask that you respect the time allotted to help us stay on schedule.
  • Outdoor Play Area: We have an outdoor play area where you can sit and play with the puppies. This gives you a chance to bond with them in a relaxed and safe environment.
  • Cleanliness: Please wear clean clothes and avoid handling other animals before your visit.
  • Shoes Off: You’ll be asked to remove your shoes and wear clean socks while in the indoor puppy area.
  • Hand Hygiene: Hand sanitizer will be provided, and we ask that everyone sanitize their hands before interacting with the puppies.

These guidelines help us maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment for our puppies while ensuring families have a wonderful experience.

Can I FaceTime or video chat with the puppies before selecting one?

Yes, we offer families the opportunity to see the puppies through FaceTime or Zoom calls! This allows you to observe their personalities, ask questions, and feel confident in your decision. I’ll also send regular updates, photos, and videos so you can stay connected as your puppy grows and develops before coming home.

How do I know which puppy is the best match for my family?

Finding the right puppy is a collaborative process. During our conversations, I’ll ask about your lifestyle, preferences, and what you’re looking for in a puppy. Whether you’re looking for a playful companion or a calm snuggle buddy, I’ll help guide you toward the puppy that best matches your family’s needs.

Do you evaluate puppy temperaments to help match them with families?

Yes! We use proven methods to evaluate each puppy's temperament, including elements from the Puppy Culture and Badass Breeder programs. We look at traits like confidence, energy level, and sociability to help find the perfect fit for your family. This ensures that each puppy is placed in a home where they will thrive.

What do I need to bring when picking up my puppy?

When picking up your puppy, we recommend bringing:

  • A soft-sided crate or carrier for the ride home.
  • A leash and collar.
  • Towels or a puppy pad for the car ride, just in case of accidents.
  • Water and a small bowl for hydration during travel.
  • Excitement and patience as you welcome your new family member!

How much does a Goldendoodle, Bernedoodle, or Aussiedoodle cost?

The cost of our puppies reflects the exceptional care and dedication we put into raising them. Price is $3,000, regardless on the litter, color, and coat type. Do you have a spay and neuter contract?

Yes, we do have a spay and neuter contract for all of our puppies. Our puppies are placed in loving pet homes only, and while we may occasionally grant breeding rights to select approved breeders, this is rare and done with great care.

We follow a delayed spay or neuter policy, which means your puppy should be spayed or neutered by the time they are two years old. Allowing your puppy to fully mature before surgery can contribute to better long-term health and development.

Our spay and neuter contract is an important part of our commitment to ethical breeding practices. We want to ensure that none of our puppies are contributing to overpopulation or ending up in the hands of backyard breeders. By placing puppies in pet homes and requiring spay or neuter, we can help protect the integrity of our program and ensure that every dog has a loving and responsible home.

We ask families to send us a copy of the spay or neuter certificate from their veterinarian once the procedure is completed. This helps us stay connected with our puppy families and ensures everyone is doing their part to uphold our shared values.

If you have questions about our policy or need guidance, we’re always here to help. Together, we can make a positive impact and give every dog the life they deserve.

What if the litter of my choice doesn't have a suitable puppy for me, or momma isn't pregnant

We want every family to find their perfect match, and we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If the litter you’ve chosen doesn’t have a puppy that’s the right fit for you, or if the momma doesn’t get pregnant, don’t worry we’ve got you covered.

Here’s how we handle these situations:

  • Priority Placement on a Future Litter: Your deposit will remain secure, and you’ll be given priority placement for a puppy from one of our future litters. We’ll work with you to find a timeline and pairing that best matches your preferences.
  • Transparency and Updates: We’ll keep you informed throughout the process. Whether it’s updates on upcoming litters or availability from other pairings, we’ll ensure you’re always in the loop.
  • Flexibility: If your circumstances or preferences change, we’re happy to discuss other options to ensure you’re comfortable and excited about your future puppy.

Our goal is to provide you with a healthy, happy puppy that perfectly fits your family. If delays happen, we’re here to support you and make the process as smooth as possible.

When is the puppy ready to come home?

Our puppies are ready to meet their forever families and join your home at 8 weeks old. This is the ideal time for them to leave our care because they are emotionally, physically, and developmentally prepared to transition to their new environment.

Here’s why 8 weeks is the perfect time for puppies to go home:

  • Critical Socialization Period: During their first 8 weeks, puppies learn essential social skills from their mom and littermates, such as bite inhibition, play behavior, and how to interact appropriately with others. This foundation helps them become well-rounded and confident as they grow.
  • Emotional Development: By 8 weeks, puppies have gained the emotional stability they need to handle the changes of joining a new home. Moving too early can result in anxiety and hinder their ability to bond with their new family.
  • Health and Physical Readiness: At 8 weeks, puppies are fully weaned from their mother and eating solid food. They’ve also had their first set of vaccinations and deworming, giving them a healthy start before meeting their family.
  • Training Foundation: In these early weeks, we’ve already introduced puppies to experiences like potty training, crate training, and basic handling exercises. This sets the stage for a smoother transition and easier training when they come home.

By the time your puppy is 8 weeks old, they’re ready to start the next chapter of their life with you, bringing joy, love, and companionship to your home. We’ll provide you with all the resources and guidance you need to make the transition as smooth and happy as possible.

Do your puppies come up to date on shots and microchipped?

Yes, all of our puppies come up to date on vaccinations and are microchipped before they go home. The microchipped will also have my information as the breeder and yours. Additionally, we follow a comprehensive deworming schedule to ensure your puppy’s health.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • Vaccinations: Each puppy receives their first set of vaccinations at 7 ½ weeks of age. These shots protect against common and serious diseases. The next set of vaccinations will be due around 9 to 10 weeks, which your veterinarian will administer.
  • Deworming: Puppies are dewormed at 2, 4, 6, and 8 weeks of age to eliminate and prevent parasites that are common in young puppies. It’s important to note that intestinal parasites are a normal part of puppy development, which is why we deworm multiple times to ensure your puppy is parasite-free before coming home.
  • Microchip: Each puppy is microchipped as an added layer of protection. Once you bring your puppy home, you’ll need to register the microchip with your contact information to ensure they can be safely returned to you if ever lost.

Finally, we require families to schedule a wellness check with their veterinarian within 48 hours of bringing their puppy home. This initial visit ensures your puppy is in good health and gives your vet a chance to establish a care plan moving forward.

Was is in the health guarantee?

What is included in the health guarantee?

Our health guarantee is designed to give you peace of mind regarding your puppy’s genetic health. However, it’s important to understand that the guarantee does not cover contagious illnesses or conditions that a puppy may contract after leaving our care, especially those caused by stress.

Here’s what the health guarantee includes and excludes:

What the Health Guarantee Covers:

  • Genetic Health: Our health guarantee ensures that your puppy is free from life-threatening congenital or hereditary conditions at the time of adoption.
  • Health Testing: All parent dogs undergo extensive health testing, including genetic screenings and OFA certifications, to ensure the healthiest possible puppies.

What the Health Guarantee Does Not Cover:

  • Contagious Illnesses: We cannot guarantee against illnesses that puppies may contract after leaving our care, such as:
    • Parvovirus
    • Coccidia
    • Giardia
    • Roundworms, hookworms, or tapeworms
    • Other viruses, bacteria, or parasites
  • Stress-Related Illnesses: Conditions brought on by the stress of transitioning to a new home, such as a weakened immune system, are also not covered.

Puppies are thoroughly examined by a veterinarian before they go home, and they receive their first vaccinations and deworming treatments. However, it’s essential to take your puppy to your veterinarian within 48 hours of bringing them home for a wellness check to ensure their continued health.

We do everything possible to raise healthy, happy puppies, but once a puppy leaves our care, exposure to new environments and situations is beyond our control. If you have any concerns about your puppy’s health, we are always here to provide guidance and support.

Guidance for Your Puppy’s First Few Weeks at Home

When can I take my puppy out in public?

We recommend avoiding public spaces, such as dog parks, pet stores, or other areas where dogs congregate, until your puppy has completed their full vaccination schedule with your veterinarian. This typically happens around 16 weeks of age. Puppies are more vulnerable to illnesses like parvovirus before they’re fully vaccinated, so it’s essential to be cautious during this time.

Instead, you can begin introducing your puppy to safe, controlled environments, such as your backyard or playdates with vaccinated dogs from trusted families. This helps them socialize while keeping them safe.

What should I do during the first few days with my new puppy?

The first few days at home are a big adjustment for your puppy—they’re experiencing life without their mom, siblings, and the environment they’ve known. We recommend taking it slow and letting your puppy settle in at their own pace.

Focus on creating a calm, loving environment where your puppy feels safe. Spend time bonding, offering lots of gentle affection, and letting them explore their new home. Avoid overwhelming them with too many new people or activities right away. These first few days are all about helping your puppy feel secure and building trust.

How can I help my puppy adjust to their new home?

Adjusting to a new home can be stressful for a puppy, so patience is key. Here are some tips to make the transition smoother:

  • Set up a cozy space, like a crate or playpen, where your puppy can rest and feel secure.
  • Stick to a consistent schedule for feeding, potty breaks, and playtime.
  • Use the items from your puppy package, like the blanket with their mom’s scent or a Snuggle Puppy, to provide comfort and familiarity.
  • Keep interactions calm and positive, showing your puppy lots of love and understanding as they adapt.

Remember, this is a big change for them, and it may take a few days or weeks for your puppy to fully adjust.

What is the best way to bond with my puppy when they first come home?

Bonding with your new puppy is all about spending quality time together and being patient as they adjust. Here are some ideas:

  • Sit quietly with your puppy, offering gentle petting and letting them come to you on their terms.
  • Play with them using toys from their puppy package to build positive interactions.
  • Start basic training with treats to establish communication and trust.
  • Create a routine so your puppy knows what to expect—it helps them feel secure.

How should I prepare for my puppy’s first night at home?

The first night can feel overwhelming for your puppy as it’s their first time away from their mom and siblings. We recommend creating a calm and cozy sleeping area for them. If you’re crate training, place their crate in your bedroom or nearby so they can see or hear you. Alternatively, a small circular gate around their bed can work as a safe sleeping space. Make sure to take them out for one last potty break right before bedtime to reduce the chance of accidents.

What are your tips for house-training a new puppy?

A consistent routine helps your puppy  When your puppy comes home, we recommend taking them outside every hour or two during the first week. Use consistent cue words like “outside” or “potty,” or even teach them to ring bells on the door to signal when they need to go. Shower them with praise and treats as soon as they relieve themselves in the designated area to reinforce good behavior.

What should I do if my puppy has an upset stomach or diarrhea?

When your puppy enters a new environment, excitement, stress, or changes in diet can sometimes lead to an upset stomach or diarrhea. If your puppy is otherwise in good spirits, their symptoms are mild, and they haven’t ingested anything harmful, there’s usually no need to worry.

To help soothe their stomach, simplify their diet by offering bland, easily digestible foods such as:

  • Shredded chicken
  • Soft rice
  • Pumpkin puree (unsweetened)
  • Plain yogurt

Ensure your puppy has access to plenty of fresh water to stay hydrated, and try to keep them calm and confined within your home or yard to reduce stress.

Should I change my puppy’s diet when I bring them home?

It’s best to keep your puppy on the food they’ve been eating with us initially to avoid upsetting their stomach. If you plan to switch to a different brand, introduce it gradually over 7–10 days by mixing it with their current food to allow their digestive system to adjust.
