Our puppies benefit from comprehensive early training and care, which includes crate training, potty training, and handling exercises. They are nurtured using a blend of the Puppy Culture and Badass Breeder curricula, focusing on Early Neurological Stimulation and Early Scent Introduction.

Our breeding parents undergo thorough health and temperament testing and are well-trained to ensure the best outcomes for their puppies. We expose our puppies to various sounds, including loud and unexpected noises, to help them remain calm in different situations as they grow.

We also implement gentle 10-step handling exercises, gradually increasing in intensity, to accustom them to different forms of human touch. Additionally, we introduce them to a range of stable and unpredictable objects, textures, and surfaces to build their confidence and adaptability in new environments.

At Little Golden Farm, my mom and I are the heart and soul of the operation, working hard to do what we love. All communication—whether via email, text, phone call, Instagram, or our website—is handled directly by me, Melissa. No partners or assistants are involved, so you can always expect a personal response from me.

I strive to be available to all new potential puppy families, those on our paid waitlist, and families who have brought their puppy home for life. Text messages are the fastest way to reach me, but phone calls are welcome seven days a week.

 To ensure the safety and well-being of our family, children, and adult dogs and puppies, we have established protocols to protect against infectious diseases, injury, and theft. As such, we do not permit visits to our residence solely to meet the puppies. However, we offer a Meet & Greet and Take Home Day at our home for families who have reserved a puppy with a deposit. We offer the option to participate in a video chat or visit in person, with specific guidelines in place to ensure a smooth and respectful process. These appointments are exclusively for confirmed families, allowing them to choose their puppy. Families who have chosen their puppy are allow to come over and bond with their puppy.
